JB: Mini Boxes, Booties and Love

I found these leopard booties on sale at Nordstrom and have been looking for any and every opportunity to wear them. Love. I enjoy spicing up a basic outfit with a statement handbag or shoes, or both! It's time to get out of that winter funk and dabble in some color for the upcoming spring.

It's been a challenging season in life for me, but I know that my circumstances are just a distraction and do not define who I am and what I'm meant to do. We've had lovely showers for the past few days and every time I venture outside I smell the pure, clean smell released after the rain. I know that all seasons change and I can feel something fresh and rejuvenating coming my way. For now I'm focusing on doing life well right where I'm at. Post-Valentine's Day, it's on my mind constantly to learn how to love well. I don't want my circumstances, mood and the way others treat me to dictate how I love and respond. I can't think of anything more fulfilling than loving and being loved fully in return. No games, no strings attached, unconditionally.
